Step 1 — Lay It On Your Bed
Place the SleepGrounded sheet across your bed like a regular sheet. It's 60cm wide and 2.6 metres long — one size fits all beds from Single to King.
Step 2 — Plug It In
Connect the grounding cord to the earthing port on your wall socket. This is the small round hole at the bottom of any standard outlet. No electricity flows through the sheet — only the earth's natural charge.
Step 3 — Sleep
Sleep with bare skin in contact with the sheet. That's it. Your body does the rest — absorbing free electrons from the earth that reduce inflammation, calm your nervous system, and restore deep sleep.
What To Expect
Night 1 — A calmer mind, less tossing and turning.
Week 1-2 — Deeper sleep, waking less through the night.
Month 1 — Reduced joint stiffness, more energy in the morning.
